Age 26 male 171cm height 97kg weight sales job daily 50km bike driving and more stress. Drinking and somoking also. My problem neck and back pain C6-c7 disc buldged and touching the nerve. Docotors advising for operation. Im taking physiotherapy for 10days now hand shock feel problem cured but stil neck and back paining please suggest me solutions.

Stop smoking & drinking. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency. Sleep on a hard bed. Use no pillow under the head. Any way Take CALDIKIND PLUS 1 tab daily for 10days Paracetamol 250mg TDS x 3 days Contact me after that. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. It may have to be further investigated.
