For many days I have had pain in my right testes which goes up to my lower abdomen only on the right side. I have noticed that my testes size has also grown in both of them. Is this an inguinal hernia or something else, I am worried. I do exercise regularly in the gym. I noticed this pain rising first time before intercourse.

Hello- Pain can be due varicocele. Testicular pain associated with varicocele is typically described as a dull, aching, or throbbing pain in the testicle, scrotum, or groin; rarely, it can be acute, sharp, or stabbing. Varicocele is also described as scrotal heaviness that worsens with exercise, activity, or after standing for a prolonged duration.
