hello doctor I have near-sightedness. Previous report have -4.5 both eyes. And recent report have -5.0. Only axis of left eye changes 40 to 180. But I want to use -4.5 lenses. Is it okay or it will harm my eyes. I want to decrease my lens no through diet and exercise. What should I do.
