Hello, my wife is pregnant of 6 weeks and we done the first ultrasound this week and we found she is having a twins. At the moment she is 62 in weight. As we are bit concerned about the twin pregnancy so can you please do the guidance about what kind of precautions we need to take as we people says the risk is high in twin pregnancy, thanks.
