Hi sir. I am married for 22 years. Now last month 5 december first time I had conceive but miscarriage. Now this month january I hv whole month spotting and light bleeding from 1 jan to 1 fab .now doctor suggested me omatril 21 days, and folic acid. Is it my perimenopause or just hormonal imbalance. I am 41 years old.
