Hello sir, my age is 20 and iam 6ft2in in height and 56kgs(underweight).My weight has become contsant i.E iam unable put on weight and viceversa.I have a bad habit of mastrubuting thrice a week.Is that the reason that iam unable to put on weight.Can you suggest any way to get rid of this habit. Thank you

I dont think that your Masturbation is the cause for you not able to put on weight. Some people cannot put on weight due to their metabolism. But do not eat too much of fat or junk food as you might think that it is not affecting you but internally it might be damaging for your health
