In my left ear I have 112% hearing loss from more than 11 years now I am 23 but from 2-3 years I am facing problem my left ear feels full feel dizziness and I have tightness feeling in occipital area behind my left ear I had recently brain and neck mri with is clear but due to this I am facing problem in my day to day life always nauseous and dizzy I tried vertigo medicine but it didn't help much I get anxiety and palpitation too is it due to my inner ear problem? A doctor prescribed me tinnex I am taking it from a week how long it will start to show effect.
