I had sex on 5th and took an I pill within 2 hours of it and then my periods came on the 12th but it was very light and blood clots were also there. I am on dronis 20 tablets and I have been feeling a little nauseas too and I sometimes smoke. Could I be pregnant?

It can be withdrawal bleeding because of emergency contraceptive pill. The chances of pregnancy are almost nil after withdrawal bleeding. There is no fixed time in which one bleeds after taking emergency contraceptive pill. Sometimes unexpected bleeding occurs more over it is not necessary.
