I have dry and hard skin near the edges of my hands all the time. During the winter the edges of the hands and the webs in between the fingers become darker and drier with burning sensations at times which are not healed even after applying moisturiser/lotions every day. I am not able to understand what to do, this problem has been occurring since the last 3-4 years. Pls advise.

It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area.
