Hello doctor i'm suffering from endometriosis in right ovary. Chocolate cyst size is also quite big. 5-6 cm. I take ocp for 4-5 months. We are trying to conceive from last three months. Hmj injection is also given. But it fails. One of my doctor suggests to do dthl surgery. Is it right solution at this moment?
