The roof of my mouth is yellow and my soft palate is burning. I have dry mouth and stringy saliva as well. And dry nasal passages with clear mucus post nasal drip. Can this be laryngopharyngeal reflux (lpr. Or is it something else? Please tell me I am very tensed?
