Reinfection has happened in many COVID recovered cases. This is mainly because the patients think they are immune to it once they have been affected. Even after getting infected, a person can become COVID positive again, be it asymptomatic or symptomatic. Now the Antibodies will last for at least a few months (2-5 months as per studies) ,but if there is a second wave which is slowly emerging, there are chances for a reinfection. It is best to follow the Safety guidelines as it was being followed at the beginning of the year. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a like/ thanks. Thank you.
