When about to sleep leg suddenly starts paining in calf and ankle areas. Throbbing kind of pain which goes when sat up or leg vigorously moved but then comes back again.The pain had gone during winters but since temp rising it's come back again.

Hi keep moving your toes, movement up and down and ankle up and down movements and ankle rotations , on every three hourly basis and do the calf stretch and and walk on your heels and for 30 sec whenever you get time Dr.Avanthiprabhakar
