Your problem seems to be allergic and you have to take care of it with regular face washing and start with tab. Allegra 180 mg once a day x 10 days and Ointment Lactocalamine Lotion locally to apply daily 3 times.

Possibly your itching is due to rash. You may take Cetrizine 10 mg at 8 PM daily and apply Histacalamine lotion where ever it itches till you consult a Doctor in your area. Don't depend on my advice for long as I have not seen you. Must consult your doctor.
