Dear sir, I am a 28 year old male, working in mechanical industry. Since last two years I have been experiencing some pain in my left hand (forearm and wrist mainly) and in left thigh. Had consulted many doctors but yet no relief found, in reverse the pain gradually increased and now from some time I have experienced pulsating sensations in region above left ear and left side of facial muscles. When I sleep, even if by mistake the portion behind ear touches, I experience pounding and pulsating sensations in arm, elbow, thigh and left side feels little heavy.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. If the pain in your left arm is accompanied by other symptoms such discomfort in the center of the chest and shortness of breath, it could be a signal of heart problems. If your left arm is also red and swollen, there could be an underlying injury. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
