I have a slight lump on my paletoglossal arch which increases in size and decreases in size. I have oral lichen planus and my dermatologist can not see it and says you do not need to worry about it. I can feel it with my tongue. Should I be concerned? I tried looking it with a flash when it was at its biggest and looked like a clear bubble.
