Hello doctor. Kindly read the question. I am very confused on various topics like masturbation, nightfall. Nobody tells us exact information on such topics. Each and every doctors have different opinions on it. Some says nightfall is by weakness of nerves due to excessive masturbation and advise their patients not to do masturbation and some says it's just a over flow of semen and advise their patients to masturbate at least once or twice a week and some doctors says that both nightfall and masturbation are not related to each other and another says that both nightfall and masturbation weaken your body, causes premature ejaculation, you may lose your weight, muscles etc. Now question arises teenagers who don't have proper knowledge on such topics, from where they'll get exact information. Only three options are there. Either from teachers, parents or doctors. According to society and religious beliefs parents won't tell, there is not any government policy on sex education so from teachers they'll also not get. Now it's a time for doctors. And here each and every pathy have different opinions like ayurveda as according to it semen is a vital fluid. By wasting semen by masturbation and nightfall you may suffer from low sperm count, erectile dysfunction etc so ayurvedic doctors always advice not to do masturbation and follow brahmacharya. Homeopathy and allopathy have almost same opinions but sometimes homeopathic doctors says that masturbation and nightfall both are normal and sometimes says abnormal. Although allopathic doctors have almost same opinions but their guidance is different. So at last teenagers don't get exact information on any topic. My question is why people are misguided, only for rupees taken by doctors, teachers. teenagers are compelled to commit suicide. Please doctors its my humble request kindly provide us appropriate information. Please.
