I am not getting urge to poop. Small round like swollen muscles one or two in quantity observed near anus opening. It comes out whenever trying to strain for poop again goes inside. Slight pain and itching while poop can be felt. Discomfort in bowel movement and constipation aroused. Using pilex cream and lactulose but no recovery yet. It had been 2-3 days taking such medicines. Please refer me some good medicines for early treatment from haemorrhoids.
