First make sure that u will not resume to your pan masala chewing again. Then u can go for Scaling and Bleaching of teeth. Some stubborn stains may require cosmetic layering.

You want to get rid of the Stains, I assume, not the teeth! Jokes apart, first and foremost, quit your habit, as any treatment to clear your teeth will only have any sustainable impact only if you do. Then consult your dentist for a professional cleaning. This should considerably improve the status of your teeth, though paan stains are notoriously difficult to remove completely with this procedure alone. If you then think you wish to further lighten the shade, you might have to think of restorative procedures such as veneers, crowns etc. You can try bleaching as well, but its effect on paan stains is somewhat unpredictable.

Please get scaling and polishing done. All d stains may not be removed as some of them penetrates the tooth because of pan masala from a long time . So if needed you can get bleaching done. Then you can maintain ur oral hygiene by brushing twice daily following a proper brushing technique.
