My advice will be to consult the same neurologist and let him know the change in behaviour of your child and get your doubts clear in person. If your child is on no medication for more than 2 - 3 week and still showing symptoms of mental weakness, feel free to drop a mzg to me with what else changes you r noticing in him, and we can further discuss the possible treatment.
