Sometimes 3 to 4 drops of water comes from my nose and i have fever also, so do they have any signs of illness.

Hi, Thank you for your query. 1. Clear nasal discharge may be due to allergic rhinitis. A trial with anti allergic medication should be done. Sinusitis should be ruled out. 2. However, since you have fever, it is better to get examined to rule out a CSF (Cerebrospinal fluid) leak. 3. Ideally, the fluid should be examined for physical characteristics and beta 2 transferrin, especially if the nasal discharge occurs after bending the head forwards and downwards (Reservoir or Teapot sign). 4. Check if the nasal fluid stiffens a cotton handkerchief on drying (Handkerchief test). If it does, it is normal nasal discharge. If not, it may be CSF. Regards.
