Dear Lybrate user, the effects of teeth whitening usually lasts around 5-6 months if you take care of it. The more coloured food and drinks you take the faster the whiteness decreases because teeth absorbs foods colour, even tea and coffee colour, even smoking can effect. Can you tell exactly how many teeth you want to bleach. Any specific stains?
