Hi doctor despite after eating good food I am not gaining weight I am extra thin especially legs. I am depressed of my thin body please help me.

You can start workout, can have isolated whey protein after your workout.. increase your calories intake..have 5 to 6 small meals in day, if morning , evening you take milk you can replace it with banana shake,add eggs to your diet, replace white rice to brown rice,add more of fruits and vegetables to your diet,add lentils and legumes to your diet..avoid fried food,don't take refined food..take whole grain..no smoking..no alcohol
