Hi I am 23 year female I have right side pelvic pain for some days and I have right side lower abdomen pain. My right side labia majora is also paining. I didn't do sex from 1 year. And 1 year back my appendix is taken off. I am suffering from vomiting and constipation also for some days. I couldn't able to digest any food. When I eat something I feel like vomiting and like I have to go to washroom. My whole abdomen is paining allot. And my tummy is full tight. All time I feel like vomiting. But should I do for pelvic pain and what cause for pelvic pain and labia majora and also I have heavy discharge problem please help and also mention what test should I done for pelvic pain and how to relief.
