Hello, doctor, I am asking for a 22 year old female and a university student. Around a year and a half ago I started noticing that she reverses numbers frequently even when she's not stressed out. Example: she writes 45 instead of 54 or vice versa and sometimes 4564 instead of 4654 and such. When that happens, she has a clear mind, she's focused, not stressed out and not distracted or such. She doesn't know if this is only recent or not, we just started noticing it recently. Her eyes sight is perfect and she has no vision problems at all. She is also experiencing headaches frequently. Does that mean something serious? And which profession should we seek its help? Thank you.

By reading your story that she has headaches and other matters it seems she had intracortical issues and need detailed checkups like ct scan by a neurologist and diagnose the condition.
