I was diagnosed with oral lichen planus a few weeks ago by my dermatologist. My condition is improving. I have trouble quiting smoking. I am a hypochondriac and this condition is making me more anxious thus making me smoke more. What should I do? If I quit now and recover can I smoke again?

Hello dear, please donot worry. See lichen planus is a kind of autoimmune disorder. It required comprehensive treatment. Since your condition is improving, please donot start smoking again. You can get nicotine replacement therapy. For further details you can contact me. My code is bj6e1e regards.
