Hello. Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day as it breaks your overnight fast, it refuels your energy stores and kick starts your metabolism which will keep us going throughout the day apart from that it provides many beneficial nutrients (compared to no breakfast). It also stabilises your blood sugar levels, improves memory and concentration which would help you in overall physical and psychological development. So don't ever skip your breakfast.
