Sir u need treatment not coz that's not painful but the tooth lost its alignment means may be its mobile tomorrow this will cause gum infection since food get stuck in the gap around the tooth so why to sit until that condition comes, so do visit a dentist.

Your description seems to suggest that you have pretty advanced gum disease (Periodontists). Your teeth must have been loose to begin with, to have inclined in such a manner. The only other possibility I can imagine is a fracture of the tooth, which, however, should have been much more painful. You need to see a dentist for an evaluation of the involved tooth as well as the rest of your teeth and the mouth.

It could not b possible that food can displace teeth yet i guess u have never visited dentist so may have tartar on teeth which causes bone loss that could lead to tooth movement probably but i strongly suggest u to go n show nearest dentist. Thank you.
