I am having irregular periods since last year. My Dr. Prescribed me normoz for 1 year. Now she changed the medi. & from last month I am taking duphaston 10 mg 1 per day from 16th date of cycle for 10 days. My 1st cycle after duphaston 10 mg is normal & on time but 2nd cycle cam 1 day early & flow is less compare to normal. Is it safe? What should I do for normal periods flow? Any home remedy will be preferable.

Hello dear already normoz you took one year now dophaston you taking, you need to find out reason for your irregular periods some hormones test and thyroid profile, if everything normal then your treatment depends on your marital status I mean depends on you planning for pregnancy or just regularising periods, don't increase your weight you try some homeopathic medicine as this all what you taking r hormonal supplements which has adverse effects. One month two months taking have not much effect but long term may leads to adverse effects on your body.
