i am 23 years old MY HIGHT IS 5.10 and i have back pain problem i take M.R.I and in that L4 and L5 problem in my back doctor said that there is a bone jisse koi nus dabi h back me so mujhe kamar me bhot pain h n ia vjh ae left leg me bhi chlte time pain h mera weight 92 kg h doctor ne surgry boli but i dont want to do surgry. IS THERE ANY SOLUTION PLEASE TELL ME ?
