My uncle aged 72 is experiencing blood in spit for fast few days. Morning time it happening 2to 3 times, afterward no issue. Done tb test, which is resulted in negative. As suggested by the physician using k-stat tab one in the morning, but still he is having the same problem. He is using gemer-2 for diabetic and telvas for bp. Please kindly suggest us what to do, which medicine has to take. Thanks and regards.

It can be because of a prolonged or severe cough, bronchitis, bronchiectasis, a severe nosebleed, anticoagulant, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (copd), pneumonia, pulmonary edema, cancer etc.
