On my right testicle one of the chords has a pimple like swelling similar to a knot which results in a dull & nagging pain all the time & a sharp pain on touching the spot. Been there almost 30 yrs but lived with it as it did not hamper my life in any major way. Now at the ripe age of 68 yrs iMY PAIN/Discomfort Threshold has reduced so would like to address the problem forthwith.
