I have worries financial worries and responsibilities. I try to overcome with positive energy, I occupy myself with precise work on paper what to do. Infact be a smart worker and hard worker. I hold patience when someone shouts as few I have who tend to repeat the same message again and again. Now,I snore while asleep. When my worry is at peak my meal consumption increases and when happy water satisfies me. In this arena I have put up weight upto 107 kgs. My question is how do I be stable in all times. When a worry increase,tend visit wash room.How do be stable and hold more patience and stand more to my responsibilities.
