Starting of this year, I got red itchy bumps in my underwear area. I used some antifungal creams i.e. Dermikem oc but its still spreading. Now, its looking like someone scratched my thigh. I can attach picture if here's some option for it. I think its eczema but don't know why these line type scratches growing.

It can be because of dermatitis/ eczema or allergy or dryness or fungal infection or psoaiasis etc. I need details of case n preferably pics of affected area.
