I am trying to loose some weight. I am doing gymming and all those possible efforts to achieve the slim fit look. But unfortunately its not happening. Suggest me something or I can wait for sometime. I had just started.

Dont panic Kanav. Losing weight is not an easy job..Just be optimistic and work hard.You must have a strong mind to do so and working hard and burning calories is the key to reduce weight.It is just the start and wait for 2 months and keep control on sweets in every form.If no improvement then consult me after 2 months.
