I am 29 year old male weight 42 kg, I am taking online classes from last 6 months. I have stomach issues like ibs. From last 3 days I am feeling acid reflux problem I am facing chest pain yesterday night. Also feeling pain in hand fingers, arms legs. I am stressed. I am worried is it heart related problem. Pls help I am not doing any physical activities from last 6 months.
