1. Keep your body warm. Wear proper clothes according to weather. It will ptevent you from cold. 2. Eat food which give internal warmth to your body. If yoi non veg then boiled eggs, meat, fish are good optiom for you. If you veg no problem you can take nuts. It also give you relief. 3. Green tea is rich in antioxidents. It help to increase immunity which helps body to cope up in cold weather. You can also take tulsi and ginger tea. 4. Drink plenty of water to maintain body temperature. 5. Avoid cold things. Hope all these will help you.
