Oral cancers present as ulceration in oral cavity on tongue inner side of cheek, floor of mouth etc. One can also have a nodular growth, bleeding from it, neck swelling or nodal enlargement etc. Premalignant stages are reduced mouth opening, whitish patch, reddish patches etc. Must not take tobacco of any form, if any sharp tooth, then get it grinded or capping done, ill fitting dentures must be changed. Food containing antioxidants, lycopene have protective roles. Sprouts, leafy vegetables, turmeric, tuslsi leaves, wheatgrass etc may help.
