We never advise melacare cream for more than 1 month.(or ny triple combination formula for melasma. On long term use it damages the facial skin as wel as there can be rebound hyperpigmentation. But after long term use when you stop such drug suddenly, there can be withdrawl symptoms (like little bumps, redness, itching. For that reason grade of acne scar should be assessed and treatment can be planned accordingly. Visit nearest dermatolgist as soon as possible. Thanks.
