I developed rash on left hand after eating okra for few days. I am taking cetirizine for last 5 days bot no visible improvement. I am 66 male and otherwise healthy except vegetable allergy and lacto intolerant. What medicine should I take.

First of al stop taking okra if you are allergic to it. For treatment you can continue taking cetrizine .and if there is visible itchy mild rashes limited to specific are (left hand in your case) den you can use mild potent steroid like fluticasone mix with moisturizer for 7 to 10 days. Thanks.
