Hi. All beans and legumes are sources of zinc and copper (specially black-beans), oysters do contain zinc and copper both. Pumpkin, squash and sunflower seed kernels are all rich in both zinc and copper. Apart from these, you can also think of consuming sesame seeds, cashews, soyabean, mushrooms, spinach, lentils, walnuts, peanuts, sweet potaoes, green peas, almonds, grapes, pineapple, flaxseeds, beets, tomatoes.
