Schizophrenia medications typically need to be taken indefinitely. They should never be stopped abruptly. Pregnancy & early childbirth period is a high risk time for relapse of schizophrenia, despite continued medications. In general olazapine is a safe medication during pregnancy. Regarding advice of breastfeeding & continued medication, you should consult your psychiatrist. If patient is refusing for treatment, you have to contact your nearest government hospital which will explain the procedure to file appeal in front of regional mental health authority for treatment of non cooperative patients with mental illness.

You can go back to her doctor and consult him/her without her and see what they have to say. It is absolutely ill-advised to self medicate her for this disease in particular. Psychotropic drugs have side effects in various doses and when she stopped she may have been on an advanced dose. The doctor will advise you on what dose to start with and how to administer it too. Besides she is probably breast feeding her baby and this may entail as correction on her medication too. Please do not experiment with her medication.
