Im 18 years old and about a year ago i had a bad accident.After that i was in bedrest for about 5 months.Now i have completely recoverd.But after that im having problems with myself.Sometimes im happy and sometimes i feel angry without a reson,kind of lose my mind and this happen 100 times a day.Im sick of myself.Plz tell me what to do.
