I am having cold symptom with running/blocked nose light facial pain and temp. 99.4 when taken orally and 98.4 when taken underarm. Currently doctor suggested me sumo cold, zincovit and mox 500. Can take paracip 650 along with sumo cold.

Along with medicines please start steam inhalation and warm saline gargles and also take all precautionary measure. Don't take cold drink, ice cream, spicy food and and avoid pickle and curd.
