Hello doctor suffering from ectopic pregnancy. My beta hcg before methotrexate was 388 with size (27*14*14) mm. Beta hcg on 4 th and 7 th day was 264 and 159 respectively. And on day 19 size was (20*14*14) with no significant change in size. 23 rd day it beta hcg is 44. Today is day 23 after methotrexate. Doctor recommend an ultrasound after two month.

Yes... since BHcG is falling and 44 levels are significantly less.. so you can wait... The adnexal mass sometimes take time to dissolve

Good evening.. Your levels are dropping very well.. it’s been just 3 weeks ..that’s a good sign that ur medical management is working. Repeat Beta HCG level every week till the levels are less than 5. Scan is to see if the size in tube has come down or not . Yes u can follow as advised by ur doctor .. most important thing here is ur levels to become normal. Plan for next pregnancy after 6 months. Start Tab. Folvite 5mg 2/3 months before planning for next pregnancy. All the best

don't worry as the beta HCG levels for drop down there is no need to worry but then you can repeat your beta ji again to see if it is still drop down from 44
