Can I take kirkland multivitamin. Along with fish oil supplement for omega 3. I am taking aten 50 tablet in morning. My age 33 years male. I also do exercise daily as well as walking. No smoking or drinking. Take healthy diet. So can I include kirkland multivitamin and fish oil supplement. Pls guide me doctor. Thanks and regards.

you can take multivitamin tablet. but Aten at this early age is not good especially for sexual health. it has side effects. consider taking homeopathic treatment.

Why don't you take fish fry instead of omega3 supplement. You are at the age where you can digest eat and metabolise all food items. So take in dietary form.
