Hello doctor. About 1 month ago I realized that some drops of blood were releasing at the completion of urine, then I started drinking water alot, after few days it stopped. Also in that duration I got a wet dream and next morning I realized that blood were released with sperm. Sperm quantity was low. After that blood drops stopped after urination but today wen I masturbated again blood released with little amount of sperm. Can you please tell me what is the issue and also what's the treatment? I would prefer treating it with natural diet and exercise.
