I am 21 years old am suffering from foul smell and yellow vaginal discharge. Can I use metronidazole gel for this.

Of course, you can take. But it's important to look for the cause of such problem. Maintain hygiene. S=do not use any ordinary soap in private area. Use clean cotton undergarment.

Hello. Yes, you can use metronidazole gel. But if the problem doesn't subside, get yourself tested for vaginal swab for c/s to know the organism causing the problem.

You need oral antibiotics. If not properly taken, resistance occurs. Also partner will also need treatment.
