Hi, My age is 27, I am obese. Generally many people recommended to drink lots of water for weight loss. I have some questions regarding. How many litres of water should we intake for a day? How much a normal person should drink and how much I should drink per day in my case (for weight loss)? Some people say even drinking more water will cause problems, is it true? Is there is any maximum limit of water to be taken. Thanks in advance.
