I have a pain in my lower right abdomen and it radiates upto back of buttock, ankle and feet of the right leg, this all happens after masturbation. Had a sonography of pelvis, abdomen as well as scrotum, but nothing significant in that report. The pain is mild and continuous and again increases after masturbation. Also the air pocket is created at right lower abdomen, once I release so air through burps there is some relief in pain. There is some tenderness in right testicle and I feel it gets pulled up during pain.
